Meco is looking to hire a confident and energetic customer support representative that is passionate about serving customers.

You are eager to spend your days speaking with customers on the phone, via email, and through chat. You're comfortable solving our customers needs and figuring things out on the fly. You're an A+ listener and communicator with the ability to synthesize feedback and be the customer's voice to help your teammates.

The ultimate goal is to provide a positive and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Answering customer questions as they come through email, chat, or phone routing them to the appropriate internal team.
• Analyze customer feedback to create new ways to excite and engage our customers.
• Creating documentation to help customers resolve their issues.
• Assisting with accounting issues.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with consumers, retailers, and portal clients.
• Participate in required training and meetings.
• Wear all the safety equipment as required.
• Follow all safety standards as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Communicate with your supervisor daily.

Requirements

Education/Experience
• 2+ Years of Customer Support preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn how to use proprietary software quickly.
• Professional working demeanor.
• Agile problem solver.
• Be able to think quickly and effectively to address the needs of customers.
• Must have great communication skills to establish professional working relationships with customers.
• Must have great stress-management skills.
• Willing to take initiative and help others.
• Be a team player.
