Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in the Johnson City area. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of proven leadership experience in long-term care, exceptional operational management skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and support staff to foster a positive work environment
  • Maintain high standards of resident care, satisfaction, and safety
  • Manage budgets, resources, and facility goals effectively
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the community
Qualifications:
  • Current Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA)

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
