College: Clemmer College of Education and Human Development Department Name: Educational Foundations and Special Education Lecturer- Educational Foundations Full-time non-tenure track 9-month position, to be renewed annually contingent upon funding, available January 2026. Essential Job Duties: teach an introductory education class required for all undergraduate pre-service teachers enrolled in the ETSU Clemmer College of Education and Human Development. The course is delivered through in-person and on-line formats. Key duties include preparing class lectures and activities, using various educational technologies, grading assignments, providing constructive feedback to students, a commitment to ongoing professional development in teaching and remaining current with best practices in teaching, keen awareness of educational research, policy, and trends in education, mentoring students, and participating in program and department activities.
