Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Territory Manager to join our vendor management team, responsible for cultivating vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring reliable coverage, and monitoring vendor performance within assigned territory.

The Regional Territory Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing a network of service providers to deliver roadside assistance to members within a specific geographical area. This includes negotiating contracts, ensuring adequate service coverage, evaluating and managing provider performance, resolving problems, and ensuring high-quality service to our members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships through regular and in-person engagements that drive cost efficiency, speed, and quality outcomes for TrxNow partners and members.
  • Build strong relationships with existing service providers and recruit new ones as needed to maintain adequate coverage within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and address gaps in the service provider network to ensure comprehensive coverage for our members.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like call acceptance rates, ETA accuracy, and customer satisfaction, and work with providers to improve performance.
  • Ensure providers are properly trained on company procedures, service standards, and the use of relevant tools and technologies.
  • Leverage technology and digital dispatching solutions to streamline operations and improve the customer experience.
  • Manage internal claims cost for the network of providers within assigned territory.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between TrxNow and service providers, providing support and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Resolve vendor disputes or issues quickly and efficiently.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain accurate provider contract files, credentials, and correspondence materials.
  • Analyze market trends and service demands within region to anticipate needs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to company management on territory engagement activities and provider network metrics including cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adequate resources are available to support customer demand and reduce service gaps.
  • Manage territory to achieve territory adoption, deliver claims, satisfaction and retention goals, and exceed growth targets.
  • Keep abreast of market trends in the automotive, insurance and roadside assistance sectors. Use this information to elevate individual performance and solution refinement.
  • Travel within assigned territory and represent TrxNow at industry trade shows and events.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse individuals.
  • Self-motivated and directed with effective time management skills, ability to work under minimal guidance, and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong dispute resolution, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated agility and a hybrid skillset, seamlessly blending relationship development expertise with the ability to drive field-level program performance effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in Account/Vendor Management.
  • Client Management or program management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the roadside assistance industry.
