Were looking for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) interested in a flexible PRN role conducting in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. What youll do:

• Travel locally to patients in your county and nearby areas

What were looking for:

• Active NP(excluding Pediatrics, PMHNPand Womens Health specialties)
• No Physisican Assistant's - Sorry
• Minimum availability of five full 7.5-hour days per month
• Willingness to travel within roughly 60 minutes of your home

• As a 1099 contractor, you may deduct $0.70/mile in 2025 (check with your tax advisor)
