Greet all with a smile as our front desk ambassador. Triage inquiries and ensure smooth visitor experiences. Behind the scenes, you'll manage our office Like a well-oiled machine process: paperwork, orders, and schedules with accuracy. Variety is the name of the game as you lend assistance on special projects. Help prepare presentations, organize events, and compile important reports. Through your efforts, our researchers and clinicians can focus on advancing rehabilitation care. Excellent communication and organizational skills are your superpowers. Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Plus three (3) years of clerical office experience,
OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to aid in tasks related to the organization and marketing of college events.
  • Dependable, able to follow directions, and work independently.
