Job Details

The Director of the One Stop is a key member of the Division of Student Life and Enrollment and is responsible for overseeing Buc Central, the universities newly created one-stop shop. The Director will provide overall leadership and management of the center and excellent delivery of direct student services in all aspects related to enrollment management. The Director will assist in the development and execution of a strategic plan to deliver extraordinary student service and ongoing staff cross-training, and to leverage new and existing technologies in the delivery of both. This position works closely with Academic Affairs, the Bursars Office, The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarship, Office of the Registrar, Student Life and Enrollment, Academic Advising, and other campus stakeholders.
