Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Kingsport, TN! This is a 4 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist II

Location: Kingsport, TN 37660

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Hours per Week: 27.5 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $18.80 - 21.30/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily phlebotomy duties accurately, safely, and on time.
• Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographic information and ensure all specimens are correctly labeled in the patient's presence.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Provide superior customer service while building trust and confidence with patients.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Travel as required to cover multiple Patient Service Centers or In-Office Phlebotomy locations.
• Support organizational goals by demonstrating leadership behaviors and adherence to policies (dress code, health & safety, compliance).

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric & capillary)

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
