Procurement Strategy & Compliance: Partners with internal stakeholderssuch as finance, legal, and operational teamsto assess procurement needs and determine the most effective sourcing strategy. Develops and issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bid documents to solicit competitive bids from qualified vendors. Collaborates with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure adherence to procurement policies and applicable federal/state regulations. Contract Administration & Supplier Management: Works closely with project managers and legal teams to monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms, including change orders, delays, claims, and settlements. Maintains thorough records on contract administration actions and collaborates with finance teams to resolve contractor payment inquiries.
