Custodial Services is seeking two Custodial Foremans. The Custodial Foreman supervises custodians who are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the public areas of academic and administrative buildings and medical facilities. Inspects work in accordance with cleaning standards and service requirements. Delivers and directs the use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies. Schedules and assigns duties and conducts training programs for new employees. Coordinates upcoming projects/events that require planning and coordination. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must be able to work any shift or schedule. Overtime will be required as necessary. Facilities employees may be required to report at their regularly scheduled times during emergency closures or during inclement weather to perform essential functions including snow removal duties.
