Job Responsibilities
Lead IT related Technical Project delivery and Customer Support
Lead Golden Five Team for assigned IT Projects & Services
Provide System Admin and Project Support to Golden Five customers when required
Work on Microsoft Hybrid architecture with HA/DR, Cloud Infrastructure (Azure), Security, Windows Server 2012-2022, Exchange 2010-2019 High Availability & Disaster Recovery, PowerShell Scripts, Virtualization, M365, Office 365, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Intune, Identity & Access Management, Microsoft Identity Manager Flow, software development
Focus on GCCHigh (DoD Contractors), CJIS Agencies, Government and DoD Customers
Work on technologies like email antivirus, antispam, backup and compliance products, instant messaging platforms (Proofpoint, Cisco IronPort, Cisco Jabber, Good Connect), mobility solutions (Blackberry Enterprise Server, Good Enterprise Server, Good Dynamics), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), and other support as requested
Migrate and troubleshoot mailbox migration issues
Prepare project, support, and process documents
Lead customer interaction for technical project delivery and support
Work on PowerShell and process automation
Engage in self-training and self-study for new software versions
Learn technology-related upgrades to enhance skillset
Write blogs and aim to become a Microsoft MVP
Learn and obtain certifications in the latest technologies
Participate in monthly productivity discussions with the manager
Prepare reports as required by customers or Golden Five
Prepare SOW, CR, RFQ, and other documents
Perform servers and clients patching
Resolve servers and clients issues
