Job Details

This position is within BWXT's Technical Services Group (TSG). TSG in Erwin performs demolition & decommissioning projects for Nuclear Fuel Services. Perform detailed planning and author comprehensive work procedures to support decommissioning & demolition projects in an operating nuclear facility. Identify and develop proposed updates to project related drawings. Maintain project-related documentation within a configuration management system and prepare required documents for project completion. Maintain knowledge of technical requirements applicable to the assigned scope of work. Walk down systems and site work areas with craft labor and other project personnel to verify design drawing accuracy and to develop overall project plan. Provide technical backup to in-process field work. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and according to schedule.
