Our SERVPRO Team is seeking an experienced certified HVAC/Air Duct Cleaning Division Manager to join our current Management Team of professionals and leaders. We may just have the perfect opportunity for you.Salary: $30 HR/ Commission opportunities/ OvertimePaid VacationPaid Sick TimeMedical, Dental, Vision Benefits with Employer Contribution401K Retirement Planning with Employer ContributionOpportunity for position development and growthSupervision and Management: Supervise duct cleaning technicians, ensuring they follow company procedures and safety protocols.Plan and schedule duct cleaning jobs, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.Train and mentor new technicians, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.Evaluate technician performance and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency.Write Estimates and Proposals and provide to clients.Seek business development opportunities for new clients and encourage repeat business from current clients.Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding duct cleaning services.Provide Commercial and Residential Air Duct and HVAC Cleaning Services with a team of Technicians using CaddyVac Cleaning System.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality cleaning services and addressing any issues promptly.Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the cleaning process.Operations and Quality Control: Ensure all duct cleaning jobs meet industry standards and company policies.Maintain and manage cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.Conduct quality control checks to verify the effectiveness of cleaning processes.Price projects appropriately to ensure profitability and support divisional growth.Administrative Tasks: Prepare and maintain accurate job records, including work orders, invoices, and customer information.Manage budgets and track expenses related to duct cleaning operations.Communicate with administrative staff regarding job progress and updates.Follow SERVPRO policies and procedures for successful job completion.Safety: Ensure technicians follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and work areas.Promote a safe work environment for all employees.Qualifications: Insurable driving recordAbility to pass drug and medical screeningsClean criminal background checkHigh school diploma or equivalentManagement experience of at least 3 years in a related fieldAt least 3 years of industry experience in Air Duct and HVAC Cleaning, both Residential & CommercialExcellent interpersonal skills for customer interactionsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsFamiliarity with HVAC wiring diagramsAbility to build strong client relationshipsStrong mechanical backgroundAbility to lift and move heavy objectsNADCA, OSHA, ASCS, CVI & VMT certificationsOur company, SERVPRO, has been serving our local community and surrounding counties for over 30 years.
