The Office of the Provost at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) is seeking a dynamic and highly organized leader to serve as Director of Executive Operations. Reporting directly to the Provost, the Director of Executive Operations functions as the Provosts chief administrative officer, playing a pivotal role in the academic leadership of the university. This position blends high-level executive support with strategic coordinationmanaging complex scheduling, overseeing office operations, supervising staff, and leading special initiatives on behalf of the Provost and senior academic leadership. The Director ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Provosts Office while advancing key institutional priorities through proactive project leadership, effective communication, and operational excellence.
