The Store Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals.
The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching. They may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure strong leadership.
Ideal candidates should have previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
