Now Hiring: Phlebotomist I – Erwin, TN (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: 631 Sinasta Drive, Erwin, TN 37650

Contract Length- 3 months

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16/hr - $20.5/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist I to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our client office in Erwin, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality blood draws on patients in a family practice setting (geriatrics focus)

• Work independently in an IOP environment

• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Handle daily patient flow and perform 20+ draws per day

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience required

• Geriatric patient experience is essential

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• TB, MMR, and T-DAP vaccinations required

• Color vision test required

• Must be able to stand for extended periods

• Training will be conducted onsite at the client location

Reliable transportation is a must.
