The Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, coordinating, conducting, and documenting a wide range of training activities/programs for both new hires and existing employees supporting employee development plans and career growth. The Training Coordinator will take an active role in continuous improvement and productivity initiatives in the plant. Responsibilities Qualifications Associate Degree in Business Management 3 years of related work experience or training Excellent interpersonal skills. Skilled at collaborating, influencing, and partnering with a diverse employee base. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create and deliver presentations, provide coaching to employees, and convey feedback to various roles within the organization.
