We're currently looking for a committed and experienced Field Project Manager to join our installation teams on sites across the USA.
Your Role
• Organize and coordinate our construction projects in close collaboration with clients and their project managers
• Ensure adherence to installation and commissioning schedules
• Provide technical leadership to our on-site teams
• Identify and solve issues related to mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic systems
• Monitor occupational safety and ensure compliance
Your Tasks
• Guide and support our installation teams on-site
• Take full ownership of project timelines and budget targets
• Act as the main contact person for our clients on-site
• Lead with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
Your Profile
• Several years of professional experience in steel or racking construction
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confident handling of technical drawings, MS Office, and Outlook
• Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S.
