What You'll Do:

• Conduct intake assessments and follow-up evaluations
• Provide direct care and consultation for incarcerated individuals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support mental and emotional wellness.
• Maintain a manageable caseload (8–10 patients/day)

What You Bring:

• Active Tennessee LCSW license (Required)
• BLS certification (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Ability to work effectively in a secure, correctional environment

• Strong communication and clinical judgment
