Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Family Dollar, located in Roan Mountain, Tn. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inventory management, executing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the store. The Store Manager will also be responsible for implementing company policies and ensuring that the store meets sales goals.
