ETSUs College of Business and Technology (CBAT) is seeking a Director of Career Services to lead and enhance its career services program, helping students and alumni achieve their professional goals. This role involves overseeing a wide range of initiatives, including building and managing employer relationships, organizing career fairs and networking events tailored to CBAT, providing personalized career coaching, and integrating advanced technologies to improve the reach and effectiveness of career services. This dynamic role also includes developing and expanding internship opportunities, cultivating new employer partnerships, and increasing student engagement with career services. The Director will collaborate with ETSU Career Services, secure corporate sponsorships, support alumni post-graduation, and lead marketing efforts to raise awareness of CBATs programs and student capabilities.
