The Director is responsible to the Director of Workforce Services for the administrative functions of the DHS-funded program. They oversee the daily operations of the program, supervising 10-12 employees in client management and data reporting. They are responsible for communicating with county DHS officials about procedures and client cases. This position does require quarterly travel to Nashville, TN for DHS meetings.
