About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in forging and expertise in AS9100 or IATF16949 standards. This leadership role is essential in maintaining and improving quality processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement AS9100 / IATF16949 quality management systems.
- Develop and maintain quality control processes, audits, and corrective actions.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff in quality assurance best practices.
- Work closely with customers to address concerns and drive continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of Quality Manager experience, with relevant experience in forging.
- Proven track record with AS9100 or IATF16949 compliance and audits.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a quality-first culture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
