Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. Reporting to the ITS Help Desk Manager, the Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining the ITS Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform, with a specific focus on IT service management (ITSM) functionalities and integrations. This role covers the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining ITSM software and solutions, managing integrations, and serving as a subject matter expert on IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management best practices.
