Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI (FULLY REMOTE-USA) Join us as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI (FULLY REMOTE-USA) at Splunk . This role involves developing core AI/ML capabilities to enhance our product portfolio and support our customers' digital resiliency journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior members, and contribute to the engineering roadmap.Responsibilities Develop AI/ML platform and infrastructure for cybersecurity and observability.Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate generative AI solutions.Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and incorporate them into our technology roadmap.Participate in strategic discussions regarding AI directions and product development.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience.Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), model deployment, and production environments.Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD principles, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Experience with MLOps platforms like MLflow or Kubeflow.Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.Splunk, a Cisco company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
