Job Details

Duties:Proper startup/shutdown of equipment within the Production Department. Inspects product for various molding defects and color uniformity per standard work instruction. Utilize IBM and/or tablets for documentation of quality checks and monitoring of product weight using a scale. Utilize tablet/computer for work instruction and basic documentation. Hand truck operation for movement of raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility. Identify and address safety related concerns. Complies with GMP, Food Safety and HACCP programs. Loads, adjusts and repairs boxes, bags and tape operation on machines. Loads and adjusts carton label printers. Maintain proper conveyance operation. Operate printers, labeling machines and foam/foil inserters as necessary. Troubleshoot basic molding machine issues and perform basic preventative maintenance. Perform proper line clearance as necessary. Follow documented escalation procedures.
