Job Details

Defines and implements best practice architectures and installations. Installs and configures software. Troubleshoots and problem solves for technical issues. Collaborates with the business to define best practice for business processes defined/configured in the software. Manages projects for purchased software. Defines application integration requirements/specifications and manages test acceptance of integrations. Manages test processes. Develops and maintains working relationship with software vendor, to include upgrades, licensing, bugs and issues. Coordinates within IT organization, operation and security needs. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelors degree in computer science/information technology or a related field. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
