Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm As a Solstas Site Supervisor, you have the opportunity to make a difference by ensuring our patients and clients are provided with the highest quality and most efficient diagnostic lab services. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced laboratory professional with strong technical and leadership skills to supervise technical staff, maintain test quality, and manage finance and budget goals for the site lab. Additional responsibilities include performing quality control tests to maintain effective calibration and operation of instrumentation, evaluating new instrumentation and procedures and actively participating in the implementation of process changes that assist in the achievement of financial goals. B. S. or B. A required, Master's degree preferred. Minimum of five years successful supervisory/management experience necessary.
