As the CEO of Odulair, you'll lead the company's vision, strategy, and operations to ensure sustained growth and innovation. This position reports to the Board of Directors and is located outside of Nashville, TN. Collaborates with senior leadership across all departments to execute the company's strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall vision, mission, and strategic goals for Odulair in alignment with the company's core values and objectives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team across sales, marketing, engineering, production, and finance.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through innovative business models, partnerships, and new product offerings.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to the Board of Directors.
- Represent Odulair in meetings with key clients, partners, investors, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards across operations.
- Foster a company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and commitment to healthcare access for all.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
- Lead crisis management and risk assessment initiatives to protect the company's interests.
- Maintain open communication with the Board, providing timely updates on key metrics and strategic initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years as a C-level executive, preferably in manufacturing or healthcare industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong strategic vision with the ability to translate long-term goals into actionable plans.
- In-depth understanding of financial management, product development, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
- A can-do, positive approach and a willingness to inspire others is essential.
Equipment and Applications:
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and financial software (QuickBooks, NetSuite).
Work Environment Physical Demands:
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment while maintaining a methodical approach.
- Primarily office-based with frequent travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and visit production facilities.
- Compliance with Odulair's Health and Safety Policy and all relevant safety regulations is mandatory.
- Odulair conducts regular drug and alcohol testing as required by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
