Responsibilities

• Lead development of full-stack .NET products
• Build new features based on business needs and client feedback
• Mentor and lead a team of 3-4 engineers
• Perform code reviews and manage team members

Qualifications

• 6+ years in C# software development
• 1+ years leading teams and doing code reviews
• 3+ years Angular/React experience
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, AWS
• Experience in rapid feature development and client feedback integration
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Prior SaaS experience preferred
