Job Title: Hotel General Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Candlewood Suites hotel in Franklin, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community.
- Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
- Address guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in IHG's hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
