Reports To: Owner/Franchisee

Principle Accountabilities

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, OSHA, etc.
• Enforce all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Lead the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, cleanliness, and uphold the Firehouse Subs culture and values.
• Manage profitability by controlling food costs, labor, utilities, and driving sales growth.
• Implement operational game plans and company initiatives effectively.
• Ensure proper staffing with qualified personnel and provide ongoing training and development for Assistant Managers and Shift Managers.
• Participate in local marketing efforts.
• Promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
• Complete all required programs, reports, and legal documents accurately and on schedule.
• Engage with community affairs to enhance sales and public relations.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times.
• Communicate issues impacting the business to GM/Owner.
• Maintain restaurant equipment and report issues promptly.
• Work on your feet up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Owner.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
