How You Will Make An Impact

• Design and develop scalable integrations with third-party systems, focusing on ETL processes and API-driven solutions.
• Define and uphold best practices for integration architecture, development, and documentation.
• Collaborate across departments, aligning with stakeholders and product teams through proactive and transparent communication.
• Lead and manage end-to-end integration project delivery, ensuring timely execution and accountability.
• Spearhead innovation in data handling, introducing new strategies and technologies to enhance integration performance.

Are You an iPaaS Integration Engineer Rock Star?

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on data integrations and ETL pipeline design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in .NET, C#, Python, or TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of data engineering principles and ETL processes.
• Skilled in integration technologies like RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Prismatic.
• Experience with enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP platforms.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a critical and analytical mindset.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated commitment to clear communication and extreme ownership.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Background in the telecommunications or SaaS industry.
