We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler with deep expertise in Azure Fabrics, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Data Factory (ADF). This role involves developing scalable and efficient data models to support our analytics and integration needs. You'll work with complex enterprise systems like Oracle E-Business Suite/Fusion and Microsoft CRM, translating business requirements into robust data architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
2. Collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
3. Leverage Azure Data Lake and Fabrics for data storage and processing.
4. Integrate data from systems such as Oracle EBS/Fusion and Microsoft CRM.
5. Perform data profiling, ensure data quality and governance across systems.
6. Document data models and maintain metadata.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements.
8. Optimize models for performance and scalability.
9. Support AI-driven analytics and real-time data solutions using Event Streams and KQL.

Qualifications:

1. Proven ability to design and implement scalable data models.
2. Strong grasp of data integration and governance concepts.
3. Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience.
4. Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.

Experience:

1. 5+ years as a Data Modeler in complex enterprise data environments.
2. Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake, ADF, and Azure Fabrics.
3. Exposure to Oracle Fusion/EBS and Microsoft CRM systems.

Technical Skills:

1. Data Modeling Tools: Erwin, dbForge, Visio, Power Designer.
2. ETL: Azure Data Factory (ADF).
3. Data Governance Tools: Azure Purview.
4. Familiarity with star/snowflake schemas and dimensional modeling.

Functional Skills:

1. Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
2. Problem-solving and critical analysis.
3. Ability to interpret business needs into technical solutions.
4. Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Education:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
2. Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks.
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD data pipelines.
