Job Summary:
The Service Porter at Johnson City Nissan is responsible for providing excellent customer service while ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's service department. This is a full-time, hourly position in the Auto industry, located in Johnson City, Tennessee. The Service Porter will work independently, reporting to the Service Manager.
Compensation and Benefits:
The Service Porter position offers a compensation range of $13 to $15 per week, paid weekly. In addition, employees may be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with directions and answering questions
- Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or technician
- Retrieve and park customer vehicles
- Wash CUSTOMERS VEHICLES AS NEEDED
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service department
- Assist service advisors with customer shuttle service
- Ensure all vehicles have gas
- Complete miscellaneous errands and tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
