- Clean floors, windows, and shampoo rugs
- Wax and buff floors occasionally
- Keep sidewalks clean and free of debris
- Supply and clean restrooms
- Collect and remove trash
- Adjust or repair minor issues with building equipment and systems

Job requirements:
- Flexibility to work in an environment that changes quickly
- Work frequently with cleaning chemicals
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and frequently reach, bend, carry, and balance items
