Spherion is hiring Assemblers immediately for a manufacturing company in Telford, TN. This position provides opportunity for career training & advancement, pay increases and benefits.

This is a Temp to Perm position paying every week.

Starting Pay: $17+/hr
Shift Premium
Shifts Available:

1st and 2nd

Responsibilities:
-Assemble parts safely and efficiently
-Perform routine quality checks on all parts per company specifications
-Listen to supervisor's instructions
-Maintain a clean factory work area
-Read manufacturing blueprints and task lists

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 11:55 PM

Skills:
-Ability to spend long hours walking and standing
-Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs
-Ability to work well with others at all levels

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
-Able to work in an orderly, logical manner while paying attention to detail
-Communicate verbally and in writing with a good command of the English language
-Experience with basic hand tools is preferred
-1 year of experience in factory work preferred but not required
