for leading Materials Team on second shift in the area of safety, quality, continuous improvement, customer service and productivity for the Ashland City manufacturing facility. Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible to control inventory and improve inventory accuracy to assist in meeting production demand. Time management and rapid response to customer demand and inventory issues will be critical in this role. **Responsibilities**

* Must have previous experience managing and executing daily data entry, weekly payroll approvals, and annual performance evaluations.

* Must have proven problem-solving skills and the ability to be a cross functional team player.

* Previous experience working in a Lean / continuous improvement environment.

* Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment, manage daily safety, inventory accuracy, production support, and 5s.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a mentoring culture that promotes safety and accountability.

* Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

* Excellent project and time management skills.

* SAP experience preferred.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.

* Minimum of 5 years related work experience.

* 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
