**Responsibilities**

* Provides food prep services for cooks and chefs, following recipes/food production sheets as written.

* Follows counts designated on production sheets , avoiding both over and under production of food.

* Completes daily sanitation assignments and check lists.

* Delivers/serves food as needed.

* Performs other duties, as assigned.

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

* Must be able to carry or lift weights in the range of 25-34 pounds repeatedly throughout shift if needed.

* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

* Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers

**Shift:**

* Must be available to work 10a-7:30p and weekends
