**Your Role**

As a Courier/Mailroom Operator, you are responsible for the pick-up and delivery of proof items, documents, and miscellaneous packages between the Operations Center and various branch locations and/or the banks customer locations while maintaining a pre-set schedule. May also pickup and/or deliver packages/envelopes at customer locations. This part time position is for the hours of 6:15 AM to 11:15 AM daily.

**Position Qualifications**

To be successful in this role you must:

* Possess a high school diploma or GED

* Must be at least 21 years of age

* Possess a good driving record as evidenced by an annual review of Moving Violations Record.

* Possess the ability to maintain a pre-set schedule

* Present a customer service orientation

* Possess the ability to communicate effectively with others

* Possess the ability to consistently demonstrate professionalism

* Be able to adapt to changes in schedules as required

* Be able to lift up to 50 lbs

**Key Functions**

In this position you will be expected to:

* Pick-up/deliver various items, documents, and packages between the Operations Center and other locations, including customer locations

* Safely operate a motor vehicle in all weather conditions and elements

* Able to fill in for early morning courier (6:15am) during vacation.

* Possess basic computer skills in Word, Excel and printing abilities.

* Work within established set schedule

* Effectively adapt to fluctuating schedules

* Maintain a common knowledge of the delivery area and be able to locate addresses for special pickups

* Consistently provide uncompromising, professional service to customers and bank employees

* Consistently comply with Bank of Tennessees privacy policy

* Report any moving violations within 10 business days

* Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned courier vehicle on a weekly basis as weather permits

* Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures at all times

* Complete other duties as they are assigned

You also impact the organization by being a trusted representative while in the field at customer locations and pick-up locations such as various post offices we visit on a daily basis.

**Physical Requirements**

You will regularly be operating a motor vehicle, as well as walking throughout branch locations to deliver mail. You must be able to lift 50 pounds. Some sitting at and workstation and operating a computer or other office machinery in order to complete your job functions is required. You will frequently be communicating with other employees through various channels such as talking, listening, and typing. Requirements will include frequent standing, bending, etc.
