Position: Electronics Technician

Location: Johnson City, TN (with extensive travel)

General Shale, Inc., the nation's leading manufacturer of brick and masonry products, is seeking anElectronics Technician based out of our Johnson City, TN location.

Responsibilities will include:

-Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on electronic systems and equipment.
-Travel to different locations for on-site installations and troubleshooting.
-Document and report technical issues, resolutions, and recommendations.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Applicants should possess and demonstrate a working knowledge of:

• The National Electrical Code
• Motor Control Circuits
• Variable Frequency Drives
• HMI's
• Networking
• Programmable Logic Controllers
• Allen Bradley Automation & Programming Software with an emphasis on RSLogix 500 & 5000
• Control Logix
• Factory Talk ME and RSLinx.
• An Associate's Degree in Electronics or related field with experience as an industrial electrician is desirable.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site assignments.
