**Customer Service Assistant:**
* Salary: $15-$17/hr. (Hourly position)
* Direct Report: Customer Service Manager
* Experience: 1-3 years experience in an administrative assistant position
* Requirements:
+ Excellent decision-making skills. Able to work independently.
+ Able to work with and support personnel and management on a regular basis on a variety of tasks.
+ Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Must be able to keep yourself and others organized and be able to determine which tasks are the most important in a given list.
+ Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office, etc.).
+ High attention to detail.
* Responsibilities:
+ Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.
+ Collate and distribute mail.
+ Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
+ Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
+ Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
+ Manage accounts and perform light HR and safety duties.
+ Dependable attendance.
